I made my first purchase from softuk.com recently, I purchased a pre-order video game and it actually arrived on the day of release which was great. No order tracking was provided, even so I was very impressed with the service.

I have made a few purchases from ebuyer. They have always delivered on-time and the overall service has been good.

The only negative experience I have had with ebuyer is when they cancelled an order a placed saying it was no longer in stock even though the website stated it was.

I first purchased from dealsmashers.com back in 2004 when I believe they where a very new online company. My first purchase was fairly successful, the order process was easy and the item arrived on-time. There was no order tracking though and this left me uncertain of whether or not the item was going to arrive on-time.

I have made a few purchases since then and the service has always been good. For a while now
dealsmashers have offered online order tracking which is a big plus, they also offer the ability to select your delivery day which can be very useful.

My experiences have taught me that using the ebay feedback system is key. I always check a seller's feedback before even considering making a purchase, I also read the comments looking for things like "Prompt delivery", "Goods exactly as described" etc etc.
